Strategic planning

On 26th October we had to do another project that we called "Strategic Planning" which is we have to explain our company with his vision, mission, objectives, where the company will be, and more.

Well some of the objectives was:

• Reduce waiting lists for technics processes.
• Satisfy the population through the speed of attention and different promotions.
• Innovate in techniques, looking for ways to speed them up and doing the least damage possible.

Doing this project we arrive that we can't handle the money and that's because the machines are very expensive so we thought to ask for a loan. Apart from the loan each partner are going to invest money for the company.

The hard part of the project was de "External analysis" because each classmate has different opinion because this part is very subjective. 

This was a little resume of our project. On 20th November we have to submit the "Marketing plan".
